Where is my package?

All packages will be shipped out via USPS in 3-4 days after order is received unless specified otherwise, not including weekends or holidays. Sales, promotions, and new drops may extend that time period by 1-2 days.

If you placed a pre-order, they will be shipped out as soon as production is complete. Any "In Stock" items will be shipped separately.

Will all products be in stock on your website?

Only a few products will be restocked. We recommend getting products you want as soon as possible. Restocking a product can take anywhere from 3-7 weeks, so get them fast. You can also sign up to be notified, when a specific item is back in stock. Limited release patches, hats, shirts, and stickers will not be restocked. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Can we pick up products in person?

If you are local this can be arranged. Send an email and we can make it happen.

My product(s) were damaged in transit or a design was incorrect, What should I do?

Please contact us right away with your order number and issue that you're having. We will do our best to help you.

Are you really a small business?

Can't get much smaller. :)

How are packages shipped?

All stickers and decals are shipped in a bubble mailer. Inside you will find a clear resealable bag which holds Expedition graphics cardstock and your sticker inside. Your product should be protected and arrive to you undamaged.

Why is USPS the only shipping option?

As you can imagine shipping a letter through UPS or fedex is quite expensive. USPS First Class mail provides an affordable, safe way for us to provide you with a quality product and stay in business. If you need something overnight - then email us and we can manage that for you.
